Find your resources, enjoy your downloads and get help when you need it.
Are these physical books or digital downloads?
All resources are digital PDFs. Nothing is shipped to your home. You can read them on a compatible device or print them.
Where can I find a resource after buying it?
Sign in to the website account you used to start checkout, then open My library. Once payment is confirmed, your resource will be available there.
My payment completed but my resource is missing. What should I do?
Allow a few minutes for confirmation, then check My orders and your library. Make sure you are using the same website account. Please contact us with your order reference before attempting another payment.
My download link has expired. Can I download again?
Download links are temporary to protect your files. Return to your library and choose Download PDF to request a fresh link.
How do I open or print a PDF?
Save the file and open it in a PDF reader. Use your printer's preview to check paper size, orientation and margins. Follow any printing instructions included in the resource.
I have not received my account confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. If the message still has not arrived, contact us. Account confirmation is separate from your purchase receipt.
What if I forget my password?
Use Password help. If you registered with Google, choose Continue with Google when signing in.
Can I share a PDF or use it in a classroom?
Please read our resource license before sharing or using a resource with a group. Do not upload paid files publicly or share account credentials.
How do I ask about a refund or a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review the problem under our refund and purchase-support terms. Never include your password or card details.

Accounts and purchases are intended for adults, including parents, guardians and educators. Adults can review each resource and support children as they learn.
