Terms of Service

Fiddunya.Walakhirah is an independent store operated by an individual based in Pakistan. These terms describe use of our website and downloadable educational resources. Questions can be sent to fwalakhirah@gmail.com.

Accounts

Accounts and purchases are intended for adults. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unauthorized distribution or misuse of the service.

Products and checkout

Read the product description, file format and any resource-specific license before purchasing. Resources are digital downloads; physical shipping is not included. The checkout displays the amount and applicable tax before payment. Lemon Squeezy processes purchases made through its hosted checkout under its checkout terms. Test-mode transactions are demonstrations, not real payments.

Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, purchased resources become available in the library of the website account used to start checkout. Confirmation can take a short time. Sign in to that account to download your files. You need a compatible PDF reader for PDF resources. If access is missing or a file cannot be opened, contact us with your order reference; do not send passwords or card details.

Using resources

Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright. Our resource license permits personal use, family/home education and use by one teacher within their own classroom. Files may not be shared, redistributed, resold or uploaded publicly. Multiple teachers or schools need additional permission or licensing. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, upload paid files for unrestricted access or share account credentials. If the permitted use is unclear, contact us before purchasing for a classroom, organization or other shared setting.

Refunds and purchase problems

For duplicate charges, incorrect files, missing access or other purchase problems, contact fwalakhirah@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. Refund requests are assessed under the applicable checkout terms and consumer law; these terms do not exclude statutory rights. Payment-provider processing times apply to approved refunds.

Availability and content

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and working downloads. Service interruptions and errors can occur; please report them so we can investigate. Adults should review educational resources for suitability before using them with children.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains account and purchase data handling. We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date on this page. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
